Huawei has finally launched its much-awaited smartphone named Huawei Maimang 9 5G in China. Mostly, the “Maimang” series known as a lighter version of flagship “P” series in the global markets. We can also expect it to go through into same way if everything goes fine.
Speaking to the specs, Huawei Maimang 9 uses a 6.8-inch pole full screen, a 90.33% screen-to-body ratio, a resolution of 2400*1080, and a 20:9 ratio. The screen has been certified by Rheinland Low Blu-ray. The handset is powered by the MediaTek Demensity 800 chipset coupled with Mali-G57 MP4 GPU to handle the graphics-intensive tasks. As you might be aware of, the chipset support dual-mode SA/NSA 5G networks to easily switch between different networks.
The smartphone incorporates triple rear cameras at the back combined with 64MP f/1.89 aperture flash shooting main lens, 8MP f/2.2 aperture 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens and 2MP f/2.4 aperture depth of field lens. The rear camera also supports EIS for stabilisation and well capable of recording up to 4K UHD videos.
Huawei Maimang 9 has a built-in 4300mAh battery company claiming to deliver 84 hours of music playback, 17 hours of video, 15 hours of 5G Internet access, and 8 hours of online gaming. It further supports 22.5W super fast charge that is well capable of charging more than 50% charge in just 30 minutes. EMUI 10.1 system is pre-installed on the top of Android 10 operating system. The device is fully made of 3D curved glass design with 212 grams weight and 8.9mm thickness.

Huawei Maimang 9 price starts from 2199 yuan for the base 6GB+128GB version, which goes up to 2399 yuan for the 8GB+128GB variant. Moreover, The pre-booking will start today at 16:08 (China time), while the actual sale will start at 10:08 on August 7 in China.
